Here’s The Key to an Abundant Mindset (even if you’re currently overwhelmed with worry and doubt)

In the ups and downs of life, it's easy to find yourself entangled in a web of worries and negativity. But what if you could reshape your narrative? What if you intentionally chose to shift your mindset from focusing on your problems to celebrating your joys? Such a shift in perspective holds the key to cultivating an abundant mindset that radiates positivity and resonates with faith. In this post, we’ll explore how you can infuse your life with a powerful abundance of optimism, resilience, and unwavering trust.

Cultivating an Abundant Mindset

Your mind is like a cozy little space where thoughts take up residence.

In one room, you have worry knocking at the door, trying to make itself comfortable. It brings with it anxiety, doubt, and fear. It wants to occupy every nook and cranny of your mind, filling it with negativity and draining your energy.

But wait! In another room, there's a visitor named faith, patiently waiting for your invitation. Faith brings hope, belief, and a sense of possibility. It sees challenges as opportunities and believes in your ability to overcome them. Faith is ready to create a home in your mind, filling it with positivity, resilience, and unwavering trust in yourself and the journey ahead.

YOU have the power to decide which one gets to live in your mind. I know it's not always easy. We all face moments when worry knocks a little too loudly or doubt sneaks in through the back door. But remember, you have the power to evict worry and welcome faith with open arms.

Trust me when I say that when you give faith a home in your mind, amazing things start to happen. You'll find the strength to face challenges head-on, the resilience to bounce back from setbacks, and the courage to pursue your passions with unwavering determination. You'll discover a sense of peace and clarity that allows you to navigate life's ups and downs with grace.

The Power of Positive Words

It's so easy to get caught up in a cycle of discussing your problems and dwelling on negativity. However, constantly talking about your problems can become an addiction that keeps you trapped in a negative mindset. To break free from this habit, you need to make a conscious effort to shift your focus towards talking about your joys and sharing positive experiences.

When you constantly talk about your problems, it tends to magnify them in your mind and make them feel more significant than they actually are. It's important to remember that your words have power, and by constantly discussing your problems, you are giving them more energy and attention. Instead, by choosing to talk about your joys and share positive experiences, you can shift your perspective and invite more positivity into your life.

Also, talking about your joys not only uplifts your own spirit but also spreads happiness to those around you. Sharing your joys can inspire others and create a ripple effect of positivity. By consciously choosing to focus on and discuss the things that bring you joy, you can cultivate a more positive and fulfilling life for yourself and contribute to a more positive and uplifting atmosphere in your relationships with family, friends, acquaintances, co-workers, and even strangers.

Embracing Faith in the Midst of Challenges

If you go with the natural flow of your brain, you easily fall into worry, negative thinking, fear and possibly even hopelessness. But the abundant mindset is available to each human who decides to align their thoughts with the truth.

There isn’t a single hardship or struggle, pain, or problem that God isn’t available to provide what you need.

Remember these words spoken by Jesus:

In this world, you will have trials and tribulations (in other words, you aren’t in heaven yet), but Jesus has overcome (John 16:33) and He promises to never ever leave you alone. He lovingly walks with you.

IF you want Him to.

Making the Daily Decision

If you have received God’s generous gift of forgiveness, you not not only have eternal life in Him, but He has left a deposit of His Spirit inside you, who EQUIPS and EMPOWERS you to live abundantly in this broken world.

The bottom line: you aren’t alone in any of the messes, struggles and pain you find yourself in.

He is with you through every bit of it. He is your Helper, Comforter and Guide. He has everything you will ever need.

Your abundant mindset BEGINS with God. Jesus said, “I have come to give YOU a full, abundant life” (John 10:10). You can’t possibly experience the fullness of joy and peace without Him. He is a central part of the equation. No God, no glory.

So my friend, you have a DAILY CHOICE: are you going to grind out today in worry, fear and despair? OR are you going to “do” today in partnership with the One who knows and loves you best and offers you GRACE for every single moment?
